Complaint Review: STAR MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS Inc: - Miami Beach Florida

Camely Medina pretend to be someone she is not She is misleading people about her experiences, qualifications and her background.  She lied by promising eventual professional connections and opportunities to take advantage of people to obtain free services.

She is in fact a former concierge according to what she wrote on linkedine.com  with a past experience with small tasks in the music industry that gave her a big head of an executive and the bad habit to take advantage of her position for financial gain!!!  What else is new!!

It is what she did to Jerome Vincenti, freelance hairstylist. At one point, after nine months that the deal had been concluded, Jerome asked her about the eventual professional connections that she was supposed to make  happened in exchange of blow dry and hair cut for free. Beside the point of being offensive, insulting and mean, and I mean really mean, she responsed in bad faith, twisted the truth then she actually wrote by text messages to Jerome that she will pay him what she owed him, it was on December  22, 2010!!!

The fact that she recognized by writing through text message that she owes him money for his services as hairstylist, she admitted herself that she did not respect the deal with Jerome.

Since then, Jerome reached her couple of times to remind her, her obligations to pay $ 250.00 for  3 blow dry and a haircut/ blow dry, that she never denied .  She kept letting him know that she will pay him when she would have the money!!!

Last time Jerome contacted her on August, 2011, she pretended by text message that the first and second blow dry was a complimentary and that in fact she own him only $100.00 and that she will give him the money when she has it!!!????

Who on earth Jerome or anybody else would give her two blow dry for free with nothing in return!!! How she did come up with $100.00????!!!

(1) Unfair methods of competition, unconscionable acts or practices, and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce are hereby declared unlawful.

God, 10 months to pay only $250.00!!!  Should we call her a busy successful woman pretending to be specialized in television, music and live entertainment , talent agent, copyrights administrator, song publisherBla bla..!!!!

Which officeS!!!  Camely Medina is trying to run her SCAM  company by herself from, a rental residential unit of 800 Sq. feet, without a Home Base Business License with the City..

Which Talents breaking in, where are the pictures, where are the newspaper or magazine articles???!!!

Does MIAMIAONE PUBLISHING  is an active member of a Performance Rights Organization (P.R.O). Such as BMI, ASCAP or SESAC which it is a mandatory for a song publisher company as Camely Medina does advertise herself??

Of course not, the company she does advertise as a publishing company and through she pretends to be president on Facebook; Miamiaone Publishing does not exist legally.

Miamiaone Publishing is NOT registered by the Florida Corporation Department as a Legal Entity but  Miamiaone Publishing is registered as a Fictitious Name with the Florida Corporation Department.

"Miamiaone Publishing" owner is "Star Media Communications, Inc.", an INACTIVE Legal Entity.

Does Camely Medina intention is to defraud people, clients and of course governmental agencies????...

STAR MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. that she advertises  on FaceBook and all over the web  as a DBA Name, is not registered with the Florida Corporation Department as a Fictitious Name but as a Legal Entity that is actually INACTIVE!!!

Star Media Communications CANNOT be used as a DBA name without being registered with the Florida Corporation Department!!!

Camely Medina sells herself  as a SONG PUBLISHER and COPYRIGHTS ADMINISTRATOR Do you know that it is a serious business and that a real song publisher is responsible of legally important tasks such as; Mechanical Royalties, Synchronization Licenses,  Transcription Licenses,  Print Licenses,  Administration and Registration of Copyrights, Public Performance Royaltiesetc.

The main reason to CONSIDER A PUBLISHING DEAL for an artist  is MONEY. Music publishers may be willing to pay a substantial cash advance for a songwriter's past, present or future material in exchange of a percentage of that artist's musical copyrights and keeps a percentage of money those  songs earn. My understanding is that Camely Medina ex-husband helps her financially to keep up so??? So, she is interested only to the profit of this business, FAST and EASY money NOT the legal and financial responsibilities

This INACTIVE Star Media Communications company that Camely Medina advertises as a Talent  Agency as well, is NOT registered with the DBPR neither is she That means that she is NOT entitle to call herself a Talent Agent or to do business as a Talent  Agent in the State of Florida because SHE DOES NOT HAVE a Talent  Agent License!!!

False, misleading and deceptive advertising and sales are illegal as well!!! Marketing is not to DEFRAUD consumers or clients!!

This woman, Camely Medina does represent artists, as Talent  Agent , Publisheror used to anyway she still attempts to be a Talent  Agent, I mean looking for victims!!! 

Those artists that she did represent or still represents would recognized through this report that they have a case against Camely Medina  and they can sue her for damages in court of law for any arm she caused them (financial, wasting time, misleading... ) hope they would seek legal advices with an attorney.

Camely Medina CAN NOT LEGALLY PRETEND to be SOMEBODY SHE IS NOT AND SELL SERVICES THAT SHE IS NOT ENTITLE LEGALLY TO DO, which means that she is NOT QUALIFY to run such business FOR PROFIT and she should not using promotion as a springboard, public relation activitiesetc.,  to target victims or/ and TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYBODYS WORK!!!! <
