Starlight Camera rip-off! Rude and dishonest! BROOKLYN New York
12/04/04 - entered an line order - never received any call or email. I checked on line status - no change. I emailed them - no response. It's been 10 days since order, I called them. They claim I did not return their calls or emails and I need to "confirm the order". I confirm.. "oh- the battery does not come with the camera... " Lie - I previously bought one of these Sony Cameras from a real dealer and they do include batteries. As soon as they learned I just wanted the camera - "the order is cancelled" I didn't canc... "not available" What? "I said not available!" What? The camera? "That's what I've said 3 times now!!! (click...)"
I called right back on their sales line - got someone else. I asked for the availability of the Sony camera. "Yes and what accessories would you like?" Nothing... ".. not available! (click)"
Do not do business with these people... you don't need the aggravation.
