Start-Up Essentials/A-1 Leasing Wants my money but won't give me squat! Grand Rapids Michigan
This company persuaded me to sign this contract promising marketing tools and business cards, a computer, and informational disks, etc. They said my billing would start in 6 weeks to give me time to start up the business. I tried calling back several hours later to cancel (i'm legally allowed 3 days, and i told them that) and they said it was non-cancellable and it was too late.
After multiple calls, i finally received the disks almost 6 months later. To this day i have not received any other items or services so i stopped paying them. Now they want to pursue legal actions and request i call them to "come to an agreement". I've called and left messages and have not heard back for weeks.
