The men who were working that job that day were insistently slow and did not mention anything about the additional charges before we got started. A majority of the time, two men literally sat on the truck while one man moved everything on his own, causing the load in to be an additional three hours and yet when it came time to unload and get out of there, it took only 30 minutes.
I told them that unless they are able to move in a timely manner that I would not be able to tip them, I constantly asked for an update on how much I would owe and they said "oh no girl you're fine, fine."
I have multiple witnesses from the day of the move who can attest to the details, in addition to the gentleman whose initials are on the contract where the contract was significantly altered after his signature was penned.
Do not under any circumstances hire this company.
