STAT INDUSTRY INC. FRAUD POMPANO BEACH FL
We made a purchase to STAT INDUSTRY INC, of an APU for an aircraft on June 25, 2018, and they told us that we had to send the purchase order and the payment in a minimum of hours, in order to keep the offer; to which we transferred $ 25,000, with the intention of receiving our unit the next day according to the owner of the company Mrs. DEBORAH RANEY.
After payment it has become almost impossible for us to answer calls or emails; and 22 days later, no one in that company answered, We went to their facilities in Pompano Beach, and there that company is no longer there, and the security staff of the condominium told us that this company and this lady, had left with police, because they were people not to trust. After this I begged them to give us their new location, to speak personally, and it was the last time we received an email.
We have seen in different places that this company STAT INDUSTRY INC., and Mrs. DEBORAH RANEY, is cataloged as a professional scam artist. We will start with the legal proceedings with lawyers that allow us to recover the money; because the unit is no longer needed, because my client canceled the order and sanctioned us for non-compliance.
