Just received a call from State Financial Investigation Dept. They have some of my personal information and requested that I submit a Payment Authorization Statement. This was to include card detail by which I would be making payment, billing address, cell phone, email address and a clear copy of my ID. Which ask for their information or their form letter, they would not provide me with any information. Fax number given to send information 206-600-6980 or 206-339-0379.

I just got a call Officer Stanley ( with an accent) saying he was from the State Investigation Department. He said that I accepted funds from a online loan company and there was a legal paper filed against my name and social security number. He said that I was charged with check fraud, theft by deception and there was a federal investagation. It had to do with USA Cash Advance. He said that by 6 PM they would be knocking on my door and arresting me. He stated that I would also be loosing my job.
Other names use were James Jordan, Mike Johnson, & Patrick Bell.
