Here's a bit more folks, read and enjoy - make up your own mind Before you wonder what this poster is talking about, you might want to take a gander at the following this was built with help of: John Califon, New Jersey for anyone interested. Read the Delta Report! http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/374/RipOff0374522.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/325/RipOff0325519.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/330/RipOff0330124.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/383/RipOff0383736.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/331/RipOff0331399.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/384/RipOff0384729.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/384/RipOff0384765.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/358/RipOff0358870.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/329/RipOff0329263.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/332/RipOff0332688.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/332/RipOff0332122.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/366/RipOff0366042.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/384/RipOff0384920.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/385/RipOff0385263.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/387/RipOff0387129.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/363/RipOff0363750.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/328/RipOff0328642.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/361/RipOff0361519.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/268/RipOff0268648.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/385/RipOff0385630.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/372/RipOff0372660.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/378/RipOff0378373.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/269/RipOff0269685.htm Then there is the famous Delta report: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/269/RipOff0269735.htm I would have to say that any alleged 'carpal tunnel' you may have is probably from typing all these false reports. You keep forgetting to include some very important links in your tales of woe such as this: http://med.ohio.gov/formala/35050161.pdf so that people can get the whole story.

This seems very confusing. Can you clarify YOUR side of the story in an organied fashion, facts in an exact timeline? Otherwise this appears to be the BOARD'S official view, can you give a page by page rebuttal? http://med.ohio.gov/formala/35050161.pdf

Mr. Whitehouse Esq has never met me [not worth his time, but he continues to destroy my career], since he was appointed, but continued to publish that I'm 'impaired' as a physician because I disagreed with my own medical/orthopedic care, or lack of it, and reported the deficient situation and physician in 1992 - when I couldn't get my medical records from him [Dr. Nice] or get him to sit down and discuss things other than I was threatened what would happen if I said anything or tried to get help. There were threats by 3 separate physicians about what could happen. This was care that if it had been done to any one of my patients, I would have to discuss or object to or lose the patient. The subsequent medical care has revealed that I was correct about my diagnosis, and that what I had was easily treatable - and my bone density is finally 'coming back' from all the 'insults and miscare.' But will my life ever? Mr. Whitehouse & his associate Eileen have had time, and state monies, to move to more spacious and expensive quarters in Columbus, but not time to try to correct the 'mistakes' that were made in my case [and possibly others in the last 15 years of physician 'trial by fire']. There are piles of physician mistakes at this time, and when this happens and causes the unnecessary and fraudulent loss of a medical license - it is a SERIOUS matter and there has to be a way to correct the situation at the state level as soon as possible. So far I've been told that Mr. Whitehouse/State Medical Board of Ohio don't know how to BEGIN to fix what they did to me. Three other state licenses, 15 years of my life, and a lost personal life (I never will have any children as that time was 15 years ago) are all involved without just cause. When medical licenses are suspended during the childbearing years of woman physicans, they may never get the chance to have a child - so this has to be done with DUE PROCESS and for patient, not colleague personality, issues. This wasn't a CME or drug case, it was a POLITICAL case, where the hospital and physicians couldn't be liable for their mistakes so the 'insurance' of my medical license was taken - that way I lost all credibility and income to pay a lawyer. Supposedly, before any Medical Board or colleagues 'gang up' on you as a physician, you are supposed to be allowed 'CARE-TO-FUNCTION;' that fractures are casted correctly, reduced and followed for physical therapy, and the work-up done for the fracturing/bone problem before any 'talk' or 'campaign' that there is the malpractice necessity of having my medical license suspended. There was very little care and my family & I did a lot of it. No physician in Ohio should get care that is so bad and negligent that it would be 'compensateable' or 'sueable' - as mine was. That is the purpose of the State Medical Board. There needs to be some oversight of the Ohio Board's licensure suspension/discipline actions. The physicians that testified against me hadn't seen me in a year or over at the time that they testified; Dr. Nice was fired in November, 1990 and Dr. Keith last saw me in November, 1991 - after that other physicians took over the care and none testified. The other 'confidential' complaint signatures were just conscripts of Dr. Nice and told his version. Now I'd like this situation and all the false statements in public record 'fixed' as fast as Mr. Whitehouse can move boxes and desks. I need a life and to pay all the legal bills for daring to try to save myself. If only one complete set of blood work had been done and reviewed by a physician with a brain, this whole scenario might not have happened. That's pretty sad what OHIO does for statistics of physician disciplines.

The State Medical Board of Ohio alleged, with 3 blood tests done in the State of Ohio, that I was 'exaggerating' the bone pains/care problems and needed help dealing with the bad care which they agreed on that 'the boys were being boys' with - the Board agreed that care care was bad, but that I just needed their help coping with it [instead of getting the records to the consultants and getting the bone problem treated] - their hand-picked psychiatrist so that I didn't sue and had some diagnosis to justify the political 'impairment' they voted on. the one part should read: the Board agreed that the care [delete second 'care'] was bad Thanks for posting this and it's my hope that it will do some good at least for other physicians in Ohio.
