Complaint Review: State of TN via Metro Police Department - Nashville Tennessee

Nashville TN incarcerated myself for phoning 911 and reported an emergency as a felon for 14 months and five days. Local Police and the State worked together to try to coerce drug use from a State transfer via Lt. from a State penal facility to a State medical facility while knowing the call made was held by the District Attorney, the Public Defender, and the Metro Police responsible for the incarceration and knowing that the call was held by all mentioned entities three months into incarceration with no initial appearance before a magistrate for bond examination and wrongful incarceration into a facility under the reigns of the same entity in violation of TN code 33-3-125, 126 and TN code 33-3-801-804. There, they attempted to coerce illegal restraints to alter the outcome of events to their own advantage, only offering a deal from a judge who also owned the main funeral home responsible for managing the dead and indigent victims of our state after he convicts them of charges and does the same. Incarceration furthered 11 months and 5 days beyond knowing the legitimacy of innocence while illegal being imprisoned in lieu of Habeas Corpus. Office Byron DeWalt bragged and openly exchanged his willful desire to regulate the use of cocaine and marijuana as a corrupt police officer with nor regard for the decency of our laws and our community. Public Defender for the case met with the M.P.D. and the D.A. 3 months into incarceration to hear the calls, and the D.A. continued the prosecution while knowing of my innocence. For one to sit in jail as a felon, the government receives revenue and tax relief via liability on insurance, etc, and people are imbuements of monetary gain in the corruption. Since these practices began and the corruption absorbed most of our government from 1993 on, the only deduction of the government is to provide a gang unit. It is known fact that gangs arise because of public corruption or that the two are always a sign of the other. Our streets are overrun with gang violence. The people of our community are to view constant instances of police being attacked for not paying on drug deals, and their participation in corruption. The judge refused to honor a writ for Habeas Corpus although the bond examination was never held and receipt was unsigned due to disallowance of presence at initial appearance before magistrate upon illegal incarceration. This would entitle one to an initial fee of $200 and a compensatory amount for a daily rate in accordance to the violation. The judge refused to protect the people's civil rights and waive the reimbursements. The D.A. retired it to deny the appropriate right to trial. the police officers laughed and are glad to be corrupt. As a result, I will never call 911 again, because people are incarcerated often and coerced to abuse drugs unnecessarily so that the government makes money off of financially related interests. If you work at a place, there are good and bad people alike. So, there, are good police. But, if you call 911 for 8 years of your life and they arrive and attack you, then you don't need to call them nor should you be forced to pay for their service when buying a phone. Hundreds of thousands of people are being incarcerated every day without an appearance before a magistrate in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. The police are domestic terrorists. I don't use drugs, I don't wish to change my natural state via displacement voluntarily or as coerce. I pray every day that God will visit wrath back on them. I wish there was someone less concerned about their own money, via bribes and extortion, mis-portraying a "semper fi" attitude falsely in corruption. I respect the Marines. I respect what people have done for this country. If you are in or near TN. Please be advised that you should use extreme caution and avoid police, because they are not their to help you. They will most likely incarcerate you and make money off of your life. I was charged with filing a false report to 911. the police citation did not match the calls . . . No one cared and no one cares as of yet. Avoid them at all costs if you are travelling here or live here, be advised.
