This company is an absolute scam and a fraud!
I bought the warranty from them a little over a month ago, and was told there would be a 30-day wait period. I waited a few days for my policy papers to arrive, which they never did. Call them, and was told "they are in the mail". Did not receive anything, called back, and now I just get put on hold.
I believe the warrantyreview.org site also belongs to them as well, but cannot confirm.
Did some research online, and found that they have been operating under various names despite having cease and desist court order in various states. I have contact the Attorney General's office in Illinois and Delaware. I have already filed the complain with AG office in IL, and am waiting a call back from the AG in Delaware.
I cannot believe this company is operating despite all these court orders. Something must be done by the authorities.
