I have recently got an email from a website AMZ82945 asking me if I want to take a survey regarding my last purchase from Amazon .com for a $50.00 Amazon .com gift card and I accepted .After 6 question I was directed to another website with a list of companies products offered for free in lure of the $50 credit card in trial sample size if I agree to pay 5.99 shipping charges and I picked 2 products from Stemologica/Beautemer.I was ask to agree to the conditions of the free gift card which usually means that I allow them to use my name as a gift card receiver and I assume any tax liability from the free gift. When the products arrived my wife discarded them in the garbage telling me that she bought the same products from a Las Vegas mall and they are nothing but cheap $5.00 moisturizing lotions repackaged and rename by a gang of Israeli crooks who set shop here and sell products in fancy packages and names for huge amounts without any clinical study or backing. I was shocked and I realize that the web side which send me the initial email was not affiliated with amazon as they try to lure people into believing it.Two weeks after this I have seen a charge on my credit card of $159.98 from beautemer and when I have call them to tell them that this is a fraudulos charge thy replayed that I have not return the product after the trial period and they charged me the full price (which is twice as much as the trial samples offered for free)When I told them that I will dispute the charge with my bank they offer me a partial refund of $50.00 if I agree not to call my bank. When I turned their offer down they told me that they usually win 99.9% of the cases because I agreed with the terms and conditions. My replay was that I agreed with the terms and conditions of the gift card offer and not with theirs which were never disclosed. I have disputed the charges but they keep offering me settlements if I don’t but I have turned them down and let the bank handle it.I went to the rip-off website and I realize that this people have a long history of defrauding people counting on American people good nature
