I went to stetic implant & dental centers ,the doctors do not speak english , they do not stand behind their work , i was left needed several surgeries , with promises to paymy money back and make me whole again, Manny did not follow through insted he ignores my calls and emails ,i am still going thro procedures to fix the problems this clinic caused . iam more than happy to share dr reports pictures and xrays ,including emails to and from the clinic. beware !!

As a former patient of Stetic Implants I speak for myself and 5 other patients that visited all around the same time. Whoever your are you should be ashamed to write such lies. My belief is that you are an employee and are involved in this scam the same way that Matthew and Mellisa have done in the past. You know as well as I that Stetic causes harm and heartbreak to many. I guess that your real name is John, a common cook who pretends to have the knowledge of a dentist. You and Manny both have a remarkable ability to take good peoples money after destroying their mouths beyond recognition. Cruel and heartless is my description of Stetic Implants.
I should know, shouldn't I? Remember me? I am the one that you laughed at when I was in so much pain. My guess is that you are the one that told Stetic that you put something in my mouth to shut me up. You are also the one that said I was not to worry after your clumsy dentist dropped 2 abutments down my throat. You commented that they would come out in my poop. Remember? Do you also remember telling me that you needed to remove 3 implants and and replace them with bone? You sent me home at 12 midnight and then failed to pick me up the following day. Didn't answer the phone either. How come I had to take a cab to the airport since you tell everyone how you pick them up.
I do not believe any positive writings about Stetic Implants and nor should anyone else.

As the employee who solicited me to get injured, Matt has many regrets. We have both found out whom this poster is and he is very legit. Stetic is a menace, I know five injured parties and there are likely many more.

Stetic has caused irreparable damage to so many people I don't know how they can live with themselves.what kind of place needs an employee to pose as a patient to try to clear their name and get in more naive people to damage. Please contact me if you would like to get involved and stay away from Mexico dentists. You will have a tough time whe problems arise.

I read this rip off report prior to visiting Stetic Implants Sental Clinic in Cancun. The report was so bizzar considering I also read over a hundred reviews from patients.
My wife and I thought this must be a Plant!!!! We contacted Matthew for further clarification and he supported our thinking of the report.
I had been in touch with Manny for several months prior to our recent
visit and his communication as well as patient reviews were excellent so we decided to go.
I have a lot of experience with dentists over the past 40
plus years and must tell you that the quality of care, service, price and communication
is the best there is.
I researched Dr. Cook prior to going and he is as advertised a highly skilled Implant specialist.
We were attended by a team of three dentists, all specialist in their respective
area of expertise. They are all very well trained, hardworking, friendly and
honest. For example, Carlos who specialize in your final look (Cosmetic)
and does the initial examination recommended I not get a new bridge
which had been recommended by three dentist in the USA because the
bridge was strong, excellent work and could be repaired. He did the
repair for $40 and suggested waiting until my return visit before
deciding if replacing is necessary.
The clinic is spotless and they use the latest technology. Also I
expected to have two implants done but only had one done based on their
examination. I also expected to pay all fees up front but was only
required to pay 75% with the final payment due when we return in
November for the final crown, abutment and cosmetic details.
I had two implants done here at home by the top implant dentist
here and there is no comparison with the quality of service and
technology at a fraction of the cost. Carlos also made me a custom
temporary crown which is unheard of in most clinics. We were back to the hotel and enjoying the wonderful beaches of Cancun. This experience was vastly different from my previous experience with Implants in the states.
THERE WAS NO PAIN AT ALL!!!!
I have also recommended Stetic Implants Dental Clinic in Cancun to a few personal friends in Florida and California.
Everything is not as it seems with Negative Reviews. They must be doing something right for so many people to write glowing reviews including myself. I am not a Shill, just a satified patient who want to set the record straight based on my experience not only with this Rip Off report but also the quality of Dental Care in Mexico for others.

Yes, our company is aware of this complaint. However, we have found out that the complaint in not legitimate.
In the past couple of years, we have had no patients that have had 8 crowns done in our Cancun office. We guarantee all of our work. Any issues, our clinic covers it. All of our dentists speak English. They understand anything and everything that has to do with your health. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact them. I can provide you with a telephone number.
We have tried contacting this patient with regards to their posting and have not received a phone call back nor have he/she answered our phone calls. So we ask ourselves one question
Why would someone say this?
Cancun has one of the most competitive dental implant industries. There is another clinic in Cancun that has conquered the market for many years and does not react well to competition. They have not reacted well to our clinic cutting into their market. The location of the complaint was tracked to an address in Utah, but the person states that they are from California. Clinics in Cancun outsource to the US for sales people which leads us to believe that the person who made the complaint works for a clinic in Cancun.
So all and all, we decided because of our better service, cleaner environment, and lower prices and promotions, the only way they can attack our clinic is by posting a dishonest complaint on a website.
These reviews are all from real, satisfied patients.

My name is Melissa and I actually have visited this specific Dental Clinic in Cancun.
This is my review from my visit:
Doctors: Each doctor can speak English. I spent time with each doctor individually had was able to communicate perfectly considering I know maybe 5 words in Spanish. Each person was very friendly and also wanted to know you personally. Something we dont see in US or Canada anymore.
Clinic: Honestly, I have never to been to a more hygienic dental facility. This is including the US. They have staff cleaning after each patient, this includes wiping the chairs down. The only thing that this clinic lacks is love. It needs some paintings and maybe a couple plants to get a more homey feel but otherwise, I couldnt even spend 12 hours cleaning my house to make it that immaculate.
Location: Very easy to find. Right off a main road. It is directly across the street from a big mall.
Hospitality: The person you talk to on the phone is the person who picks you up from the airport, takes you to your hotel. They also take you to each of your visit, and waits to take you back. Pretty much you are catered to the whole time you are there.
To be honest, this was one of my best experiences. You get all your dental work done for a discounted price and you get to recover on the beach. If you can think of something better than that, feel free to email me back and let me know!
