Students who enroll with us usually do a trial class for the cost of $20 dollars. We charge for Intro classes to be sure people are serious about their training. Upon completion of training, They are asked if they liked the class then the fees for the program are reviewed. Usually students Enroll for a 6 or 12 month tuition. It is a legal form that clearly lays out our responsibility and theirs. The cancelation policy is very clearly presented and is the NY State Law. The student is also asked to sign an additional form stating that they understand the policy. When these situations pop up, we are more than happy To work with a student on a resolution. As the owner, I do travel a lot but I'm always available at the school to solve these issues should they arise. Just because a student is unhappy with the agreement that they agreed to Does not make us bad people. We are clear with our responsibility and theirs. 100% of the time when these negative comments appear they are due to a student not following the cancelation policy as agreed upon on the agreement. We would be happy to discuss this issue with any student who was not happy with the service at our facility. Funds for any part of the agreement that was mishandled by our facility would gladly be returned. This is one of the most successful schools in the country. We get awards for our training and our sincere efforts to provide students with friendly, professional and caring service. Please contact me in person to resolve this issue.
