There are people in life that will go thru life deceiving people, step on people to get to where they are going. These people are those same people that have no loyalty to anyone; Steve Utley is that person. Steve Utley continues to cheat and lie. BE AWARE of Steve Utley; Steve Utley has lost everything and is trying to scam people by showing them how to scam other people. here is the link http://www.steveutley.com/ dod not get caught up in his web of lies. he is dishonest and he's a scum. even his wife left him, his kids want nothing to do with him.
