I won a legal judgment against Steve Hertz in Orange County Small claims in September of 2010. He refuses to take care of his debts and has been avoiding all of my contacts. Steve and Ronda Hertz care only about using you for their own personal gain. All of the negative remarks scattered across the internet about Steve and his poor ethics are true. It is a wonder how he continues to hold a license to practice law in the state of California. Steven Hertz is the reason attorneys have a bad name.

I provided 3 to 4 months of marketing services and was not paid a single dime. The first month was supposed to be a barter arrangement, but they never even fulfilled that portion of it. Both Steven and Rhonda (his sister) proudly advertise they are Christian. As a Christian myself I was truly offended at their blatant disregard for our contract and moral obligation to pay. As of today, their website is currently inaccessible. If you call their office number the mailbox is full. I can only hope they are out of business for good. God will judge them one day, and if they come back in business I will come after them with a lawsuit. Stay away from this despicable human being.
