Mr Porter, I too shall pray for the individual who wrote the origianl post. I too shall pray for you and your endeavors. I will also pray for the owners of the two cars mentioned in the original post because I have to believe the stories are true. Due to no reply to the contrary. To deny the stories may look like an admission, however, no response directed to the claims, seems to indicate some truth to the matters. May your business dealings be honest and true and may you be fruitfull in life as well as happiness. May the lord take you and your staff and bless them so as to keep their customers vehicles safe and sound. May you live every day with the truth in your heart and integrity in your mind.

I am the so called person that was fired 3 years ago (but it was just 2 years and 3 mths if it really matters). I can attest that the firing was justifiable due to my negative attitude at the time. Pat Koballa is a friend and a great boss. We will always remain friends whether I am working for him or not. He is a great business man who really does care about the customers and his people. The person who wrote the article does not know anything about the business decisions a manager has to make and how much it hurts to try and do what is right for the company. I personally hate it when it comes to a decision to teminate an employee - it hurts. But in some cases it has to happen for the good of the business. I can only hope in time whoever wrote this article will mature enough to understand how hard it is to run a profitable business and keep everyone happy. Lord only knows I will pray for this individual, because they really need it.
