So first you are asked to come to an interview, when you are told to come you are told you are applying for a manager position in which you will be making 40-50k per year with health care benefits. They tell you to dress for success and come with an open mind. When you get to the interview you show up to a hotel/apartment building and are told to fill out a application and to provide your resume. Then you wait for someone to conduct a interview. You are told in the interview that you are applying to become a manager for the company and that you are going to need training. After the interview process you are told that you will be put into a pool of applicants and only three people will be chosen and you will get a call back within three hours so keep you phone on. When and if you are called back then you get to have lunch with a quote on quote top manager who will do the second interview. He decides wether or not you are good for the company. When hired you are scheduled to come in an meet all members of the team and are given insight about what you are doing for the company. They say they are a third party company hired by AT&T and sell u-verse products. When you sign your W-2 you are then told that 10% of sale fore the day goes to you and the rest to your college who interviewed in the second interview. They have you change from your professional clothes to your street clothes with AT&T logos to walk around neighborhoods for 6-8 hours to make you commissioned sales. If you make one sale for the day that totals $132 that means you have made $13.49 per the day for 2-4weeks. Not worth the effort nor the time. They don't pay for you trainings by the hour nor do they compensate for your purchases for being in the heat all day. Total Ripoff
