I am in the market for a used car. I saw an ad in the newspaper for Malone to Stckton Toyota special going on this week. I thought that I would check it out on the web. I used search, and found your site and the info about the BBB. Reading about the the personal experiences of people, I felt their frustration and helplessness. This is a horrible way do do business. I will steer clear of Mark Miller and be better prepared as I continue my search. Thanks So Much

After the dealer was called by badbusinessbureu.com, it took about two days for the general manager to satisfy the customer.
Stockton to Malone provided my nephew with 2 $150 tickets to see the Utah Jazz play the LA Lakers plus two tickets for a gourmet dinner prior to the game. They also offered to sell him a car of his choice at their actual cost.
When he went to pick up the tickets, he received a profuse apology from the new general manager. So it turned out pretty good.
Thanks for your help.

Stockton-to Malone Honda got us too
A friend heard about this web site on the radio here in Salt Lake. This web site is the greatest. Let me tell you what Stockton-to Malone Honda did to my girlfriend.
About six months ago my girlfriend and her dad bought a car. The car was for my girlfriend. Financed in her name.
They lied about the interest rate. The deal was made at 10.5%. The amount filled in on the contract. There was no if's and's or but's about it. Two weeks later she is told the bank made a mistake and she would have to pay another
4% or put up an additional $2,500. This is after other things they did. To make a long story short, they paid the money. After reading your web site I flipped out, so did my girlfriend and her dad both. They new they were ripped off but they now realize they were really screwed over.
They also have never received from the factory that CSI form I read about in the other stories on this web site. I can only guess that's because they are unhappy customers, big-time! And there is more!
The vehicle she test drove, was the vehicle she thought she was buying. Not so. When she realized it after picking up the vehicle and signing the papers, she was about to pull out of the lot. She yelled to her dad in his car and said, Dad, this is not the same vehicle we drove yesterday. The interior is different.
They went back inside to see the salesman that sold them the vehicle, he was conveniently gone. In 3 minutes? One guy said the salesman's car was there so he is somewhere around? Then the sales manager comes out, who really was not the sales manager and said, the deal is done, you already took the vehicle, there must have been a mistake in the paper work or that my girlfriend and dad were mistaken.
Again, my girlfriend excepted getting screwed.
There is more.
They got home, about 11 miles away. My girlfriends dad sits in the car with the car running. He noticed the mileage had 759 miles on the odometer!
They go inside to call the salesman. They said the sales man was there.
They got back on the phone to ask, who is calling. Her dad said, a customer. They demanded a name. She came back again tot he phone and said, he went home for the day. About a half hour later, again they said he was there, but he was not there and they could not find him? He might be out with a customer?
Then 2 weeks later, that's when they demanded the higher interest papers be signed of pay an additional $2000.
Later that night my girlfriend called and told me and I told my dad who is a lawyer. He said it would cost more than it's worth but they should be reported to the Attorney Generals office and or the BBB.
I showed my dad this web site and made him read the stories on the Better Business Bureau. He was impressed and seemed to be unaware because consumer complaints are not his area of law.
Keep up our good work. Too bad we did not know about you before.
