Stolz and Ehre General Construction fred shultz, did not pay his subconcractors, haded in fake invoices to his homeowners / employers, extremely unprofessionl portsmouth, New Hampshire
Stolz & Ehre is German for "honor and distinction" what a joke..
Everything about this company is a lie.
Please do not have anything to do with Fred Shultz. He has lied, cheated and stolen his way for the past several years. He has been ran out of Massachusetts with so many court orders and liens and frozen bank accounts that he is our very own version of Bernie madoff. I think that with his German back ground he may actually have some kind of hitler gene inside of him.
Dont take my work for it. Do your research Ask around. This guy has cheated more people out of their hard earned money than any other person i have ever know and i have been in construction for 35 years.
He has changed his business name because of all the law suits against him,.

The subcontractor in question was cleaning a private residence and have unauthorized people in the apartment and Not a person waiting for supplies. This person also was told it was a paid when paid project and since the complaint we have been paid by the owners after legal issues were resolved (we were owed over 300k see suite filed) has been paid for there services. We have several letters of recommendations for the owners and architects from RIRA . We are very proud of our work and continue to use many of the same subcontractors on our projects. Stole & Ehre has Not change our name and continue to do projects for may repeat customers. We have been in business for 8 years and will be around for many more.
