Stone Trucking trucking LEFT US INJURED! Truck crashed into my car injuring self,son and daughter. Scott Raines promised to pay but dissapeared!! clevland, Tennessee
On 2/14/08 myself,6 yr old daughter,and my 19yr old son were involved in a accident on interstate 285 in Decatur Ga with a tractor trailer driven by Austin,Paul Henry Jr.I was headed North when all of a sudden the truck that was up front in the right hand lane tire just flew off the truck and came flying in the air straight at me!! It happened so fast and hit us so hard i just knew we were dead.
So it ended up totalling the rental car that i was driving and my daughter and son was bumped up but mostly just scared and then worried about me. My neck was jerked out of place and my knee was also messed up. An ambulance transported me to the hospital and my brother came to get the kids.
Have you ever had a crook in your neck? Well imagine living with that for almost 2 years! I have been through hell! My whole life is messed up! I've been to several doctors, chiropracter treatment, phisical therapy, Orthopedic care, pain injections cortizone shots ,pain medicine, xrays,mri's.
Come to find out i have a torn acl, and my neck is out of allighnment. I am now under care with a neurologist. I have to take all this pain medicine that peole take for seisures and epolepsy.We don't know if that is going to work or not so we ust have to keep on praying. I've been going through this for two years straight!!
To top that off the dam police that was at the scene did not get the insurance information. The driver said he could'nt find it. So after getting home and stuff, we tried to get the drivers information by calling and the number on the report.
Lo and Behold Scott Raines b***h a*s tells me that he didn't have any insurance but he will get me paid! Well we waited and that never happend.So here i am stuck with all kind of bills over 9000.00 to the present day. But i was reading on this web site and was shocked to find that other people had been scamed like myself.
So i would like to talk to whoever is willing to at least get some justice by putting this punk b***h in jail or prison. I promise you i'm not gonna stop till it's done. He messed up my life so he's about to pay.
