I have been a seller of over 47 auctions on storage battles,the last auction i listed should have sold for about $100. Lawnmower and a few other items,well this buyer bidded online a winning amount of $470.00. Well he drove 3 hours to pick up retail value of about $200 worth of items.....He complained,sent threats,called my house and i reported to storagebattle the next day,what lesile pico did next was suspend my account without notice,cancel 3 current ongoing auctions that was active with current bidding,stated that i had bad feedback..You gotta laugh,how can a seller have bad feedback when a idoit decided to overpay for a storage unit.The fact is that the seller that sent texts to my phone at 11.00 pm with threats of harm is still buying on storage battles,bidding outrages amounts on multi units,thousands on some..The buyer even stated at the time of the pickup is that he was assuming someone would outbid him,as a former season 25 year buyer, that tells me that storagebattles allows this type of thug to contine buying on storagebattles because of the money that he make them in commissions.She did not want to see copies of his texts,stated that was not her concern but i had bad feedback.
I wonder, how can a seller have bad feedback,the facts are very clear,the thug text and stated that he would have my account suspended,and leslie pico did what he asked.Now if this thug was only a buyer,its seems that storagebattles and the buyers are working together to drive up bids on multi units...why bid such a large amount assuming someone else would outbid him.Leslie pico is dishonest and a liar,can't produce one complaint when asked,not 1.She hung the phone up on me twice,and i still see this buyer active and storage battles allows him to continue to be active even after sending many vulgar threats.I'm now working with local law makers to get rid of these online auction sites in my area, if they are acting only as a online auction site,why bother with my account,make me wonder a loud what kind of close doors deals or friendship is going on in the background.....Bad feedback but can't produce any dates or incidents.
My units are photo and "locked",nobody see them again till the buyer arrives.Leslie Pico is a liar !!

Understanding Ms Pico reply,storage battles,"consistent complaints from unique individual bidders",you gotta laugh,
I have a list of all my buyers from my 47 units that were sold,we live in a small town,i see my buyers at garage sales,
flea markets,they call before bidding most of the time,i have the same happy buyers buying my private storage units,
the fact is the two sales that were cancel were sold to a storage battle buyer and i just sold another unit yesterday.
The facts are the same,Leslie pico is a liar,can not produce 1 complaint besides this out of town buyer friend
of storage battles that seems to be running up bids on multi storage units.How can you have a complaint
when the storage unit is pictured,listed online,and no reserve bidding.You can bid what you think the seen contents
are worth,bidding starts at 0 dollars.
So here is the concern with companies such as storage battles.They claim that all they are is a online site
that provides an site to sale storage lien sales.They are not bonded in the state of california ,and storage units
are using this site to avoid paying the required $20,000 bond that is require in california to conduct auctions.
They are leaving it up to a storage managers to photo the contents and list the units on their site.The locks are
cut by the storage managers,not by a licenced auctioneer bonded by the state.Well you can see the whole pictured,
staged units,as you can read on this site ripoff, selling and baiting a buyer with empty boxes of a comic book collection
that the managers knew the collection was missing,but pictured the boxes baiting this buyer for $600.The state of Nevada
just pass a law restricting access to storage managers entering the units,and i have file complaint with the state of
california to reform these lien auctions laws and get rid of these online auctions sites and they have concerns these
companies are not bonded,licenced to hold auctions.Lock cutting and inventory should be done by a licenced bonded
person.Storage battles also restrict cash buyers from attending the lien sale,they want you to join their site or you can't
bid,and this is opening up a new can of legal worms for the defaulted tenants of these units,excluding a class of "CASH"
BUYERS that would pay more or less for a unit,but are excluded from the auctions unless fee's are paid to storage battles.
........i'm still waiting for leslie pico to produced all these "consistent complaints" from these "unique Bidders",and i will
produced my list of all my happy yard sale buyers,i have my statements in writing,you just gotta laugh,unique bidders,
and she is the operational manager for storage battles !!!!!! Even the tv show storage wars have an live auction,
these online companies are just found a way to sit on their behinds and profit off this tv show and then claim we know
nothing when a storage unit sales illegal chemicals stored in a unit that they want you to haul away..

This private seller has had multiple instances of negative feedback from bidders who have won his units. After consistent complaints from unique, individual bidders it is was determined that this seller had enough instances to warrant a suspension from the use of our platform. We cannot allow this activity to occur with no recompense to our registered bidders.
The private seller reported that the latest bidder was sending him denigrating text messages. I informed him to contact his phone service provider and have the number blocked but that there was nothing we could do to completely stop & prevent this individual from continuing to send any form of communication. We strongly recommended some sort of action on his part. It was also recommended to the private seller that he should contact his local authorities should he feel the communication were veritable threats to his person.
