StoreAmerica Tempe AZ Amy U.S Mail Fraud! kept MY mail! tempe, Arizona
StoreAmerica Tempe 85281 Mgr. withheld my mail, waited til i complained about no mail for over 2months in my mailbox and she pulls mail from behind the counter, said she was waiting to see how long it took me to come in. when she gave it to me i noticed my phone bill from July was not there Aug was in stack, then i noticed mail from early July in the stack so that means she kept my July phone bill and various other mail i get EVERY month like clock work, she also kept a school loan bill! we shall call her "Amiina" was very rude to me she said she was not keeping any mail however the proof was right there! they had also opened my mail a month prior to this situation, I called the main office and instead of trying to figure all this out they sided with "Amiina". She had only been at this facility for around a yr or less, i have been loyal customer for over 9yrs! I always current with my payments as well and never ever had a complaint in the 9 yrs i have been there until "Amiina"! What can I do? isn't this a federal offense? I am so angry about this, she has all my information, and i don't trust her or this company any longer what do i do?
