Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I to have fell victim to Storesonlines fast moving circus.I would swear the letter posted by Wanda from Fla. was written by me.

The only difference between our stories are that they tried to charge me alot more for the coaching.

After falling for there scheme and getting home and reading there material, the information was not worth more than $100.00 It was redundant and I knew after reading this garbage I got ripped off.

I would like to know if a class action suit was filed, and if anyone had any luck getting there money back from there credit card company.

With the amount of people they screwed, plus the 1000 that havent written maybe we can put them out of business.

After reading about this Poelman he has been ripping people off in every state with one scheme or another. Its time he was put away instead of changing his business name and ripping more people off

And just so you know I have built other websites for my job and have never put so much time and effort in getting anything to work as we have our StoresOnline site, even when I was handwriting HTML years ago. The templates storesOnline offers are inadequate. I can buy a theme or a template for frontpage that looks nicer and actually works for $50 or less. The programmer we had for our site knew less than I do about creating a site. I was actually telling her how do do things. Of course, out of all the people we have dealt with at StoresOnline and PMI, she was the only one that actually responded in a timely matter. In fact most of the people we have contacted either by mail or email have never responded. In fact I will be rewriting our website and taking it off of StoresOnline as soon as possible. The main reason is no matter what you do with your site you will have a very hard time getting it to list high in the search engines. StoresOnline templates are not optimized for search engines, so don't expect a lot of traffic from the free search engines to your site. FYI, I have worked hard at both my current job and at other businesses I've started, so I do know how to work hard and how much effort it takes to get something off the ground. I don't think the people here are complaining about working, they are in fact complaining about the lack of StoresOnline working to fulfill the promises they made. I would not trust any of your web statistics. I know for a fact our statistics have been wrong more than they have been right. I have ask over and over to have them fixed and they work ok for a couple of days then they are wrong again. Also I had to ask for 2 months for them to fix something that was wrong in their template. And just for fun, certain pieces of our website do not always show up and before you say it is my fault, guess again, it is the wonderful templates that StoresOnline provide.

I had to respond. Failing with SOL isn't due to a person "not trying" or "being lazy", the sysytem is set up for you to fail. This is a scam of the highest proportion. This company has hurt REAL people, and continues to do so. All the people here are from different state, different walks of life, and WE ALL have the SAME story! Coincidence????? I think not! Open your eyes and come out of denial. If I were making money from the SOL products, after reading these complaints I would be disgusted. I never want to make money from the misfortune of others. I know that reading these stories has given me strength, and I WILL fight these crooks. If your business fails in the process, I am sorry. I'm sure you can get everything that you "claim" to be receiving from SOL, for FREE or near that price when they do shut these guys down, AND THEY WILL. The numbers of complaints is growing DAILY. I'd start shopping for new service now if I were you.

Michelle, first off how do you know how long or what research I did to try and get my "sites" online? For one,I tried to "setup" my "storefront". I have "cable modem".It takes so long for the pages to load that I lost my patients and got so fustrated I had to walk away. THERE IS NO WAY A "CUSTOMER" would go to my site if I ever got it up and wait that long for a page to load.If a "customer" had a phoneline modem they would get "timedout" before they ever got the site up. They (or I have a feeling YOU) tried to get me to spring another $8500.00 for the "coach". You shouldnt need a coach. They told you at the seminar you get "everything" you need to get your "websites" up and running. If you have a "storefront" from "STORESONLINE" why didnt you leave the web address so that ALL the people that filed complaints can see it? All of the complaints against"your company" ,OH!! I mean "STORESONLINE" cant all be from "lazy people" who didnt want to do any work. You have to be smarter than that. I could have went to any of the sites online ex: tripod, freewebsites, webspawner etc and put up the same type of website that "STORESONLINE" is offering for free..I was hoping and IM still optimistic that the guys at "the RIP OFF REPORT" WILL GET SOME OF OUR MONEY BACK OR THE "LAW" will catch up to the "FRAUD" this company is and get our money back

I have a storesonline website, and though it is not doing much right now, I like my site. I am only having problems with marketing right now, but I did only publish the site less than a month ago and you can't expect overnight riches. I had to work hard, learning how to program it, doing my own research and putting in long hours in front of my computer. These people who are complaining have no patience and expect this to be like a walk in the park. When I bought the sites from storesonline, common sense told me that it would not be as easy as they made it seem, and that there would be other expenses along the way. I am disappointed with the customer service, but I am sure that they, like most other businesses, they probably only have a couple of people who really know what is going on and a bunch of young, underpaid kids weeding out the easy problems. If I have a REAL problem, I have to dig or I talk to PMI (the coaching service). There are no quick money plans out there, I bought these sites knowing that. I hope that these people who do not want to work as hard as I have, since they haven't had a successful website fall into their laps, I hope they realize that the people who actually have working web sites will also be out of business if storesonline is shut down. I worked hard on this website and alot of people don't seem to have put the hours that I have into this business.
