I believe stormpay took my money and funded 12 daily pro knowing that planned to freeze 12dps accounts. I feel this also would include all stormpays fees that they continued to accept. If stormpay believed 12dp was commiting a crime they should have warned stormpay customers when processing was being requested that they were possibly going to be doing an investigation with 12dp. I feel like they took as much money as they could up until the very end to help themselves. Stormpay will not answer my tickets only give a general auto-response. They also will not answer the BBB. My bank is doing their own investigation and I am waiting for that result

Robb, I just wanted to report the same issue! I signed up 4 days before the accounts were frozen. I waited to see what would happen and finally disputed it with my bank. I disputed the charge before the SEC stated they were stopping everything. I received that same threatening email from stormpay, and ignored it. My bank has re-deposited the money in my account and yes, I tried to log on to Stormpay and got the same suspended message! I can relate to your whole message!!!

We are going to send all of the info to our back and see what will happen. It may be we can not do anything in the end but we are going to try. Unfortunately, we put in 13 days prior to freeze. Our first time.A withdraw was pending with stormpay when it decided to freeze 12dps account.I believe they planned this for awhile, and was not a sudden discovery on stormpays end. The worst part was we put in the whole 6000 which is not like me but we did it knowing it was a risk. However, I thought the risk was that 12dp might run with the money it never occured to me that something like this with the processor could happen.Like you, we checked out 12dp and could not find anything negative. My sister and some of her husbands family had been involved with much success until that day. It is not that I am really feeling sorry for myself. I knew this was a risk but I don't know about you but I am thinking why has there not been alot more focus on this on stormpays end? They are trying to say they are blameless when what they did is just as shameless! I will never do business with stormpay again. If anything this was a very big yet expensive lesson, thank goodness it was not all we had like some I know, but still hurts.

Let your bank handle Stormpay ...

Christina, I agree with you. Stormpay knew well before they froze accounts what they were going to do and when. I joined 12 Daily Pro a day before they had their accounts frozen by Stormpay. Before I joined, I speny several days searching the internet for information about 12DP and found nothing but praises. I did however, find a negative comment on Ripoff Report about Stormpay. Against my better judgemnet, I joined and sent Stormpay money. The next day they froze the accounts of several autosurf programs. Seeing the money had not cleared my bank, I sent them a "ticket" to cancel the withdrawal. They ignored the "ticket" and took the money anyway the following day. After several attempts and not being able to log onto their site, I was finally able to do so and requested to have the remaining money placed back in my bank account. The withdrawal request stayed pending for TWO weeks. I even filed a complaint through their own system and it stayed "opened" for two weeks. I never received any correspondence from stormpay. I finally just had my bank do a chargeback and since then, my Stormpay "account" has been suspended. It is my opinion that Stormpay is the culprit. I knew prior to putting money in to 12DP that it could very well be lost and the only one to blame would be myself. What I didn't expect, or agree to, was the payment processor keeping my money. My bank did an investigation and credited my account. I recommend you allowing your bank to handle it. You can expect an (attempted) intimidation email from Stormpay once your bank gets involved. They'll tell you to click on a link for the SEC's (Security and Exchange Commission) Investigation on 12DP, but they'll "suspend" your account where you can't see it. lol Stormpay is a complete and total F-up and will ultimately eat its own self alive. Good Luck with your fight ...
