To whom it may Concern:

 My name is Evelyn Gonzalez Collins and I contacted Stragic dream vacations to plan my Disney vacation in March. Attached is the confirmation and what was promised. In April I called the hotel to confirm reservation dates they were incorrect. I contacted Ken and Cassey again by email to advise reservation dates were wrong, he then contacted the hotel and called me back with 4 confirmation numbers I also purchased the remaining tickets for the parks I wanted to visit. I wanted universal tickets, wet and wild and Arabian Nights dinner he advised it was 688.00 dollars and sent me an email from PayPal to pay for those tickets.  I sent an email to confirm that these tickets will be at the resort when I arrive he stated yes.

When I arrived to Westgate lakes Spa on May 25th 2013, I was told I did not have a reservation and I was supposed to be at Westgate villas I showed then the confirmation and still was told there was no room for me there and I needed to go to Westgate villas, I called the corporate number and advised them of the situation and I was transferred over to Ken and he was very rude. He stated that I should have called him and I stated I did but all of his phone numbers were disconnected. Then he told me I went to the wrong hotel. I advised him based on the confirmation paperwork I went to the right hotel he continued to say I went to the wrong place.

So then I arrived at Westgate villas and it takes me 4 hours to check in, the resort didn’t have the vouchers and then I got two one bedroom standards when I was supposed to get a two bedroom with a lock off. My children and I were on two separate floors in two separate rooms then I had to check back in on May 28th because they had me checking out on May 28th when I spoke to Ken and Cassy I told them may 25th to June 3rd they stated that it was fine. When I was there they stated they were not allowed to do that. So that is why they had four confirmation numbers. I also wanted the tickets that I purchased through Ken 263.00 deposit was given to him then 688.00 then 748.00 through PayPal. As per confirmation received the 263.00 should have been applied to the tickets.  For the time share presentation I was supposed to get 4 day tom Disney plus 1 minor and sea world tickets that all changed when I did the timeshare presentation when I went to gifting it was universal  and that is why I had to make an additional payment to ken of 744.68. The attached receipts for universal show that I did not get a 263.00 Credit.  The clerk Rebecca Cantrell stated she could not apply the 263.00 credit because it does not reflect that I paid 263.00 I provided the receipts and confirmation she then called the broker ken and he was even rude to her. The additional tickets were not at the hotel. I called Ken and asked him about the tickets he told me I needed to wait until he arrived back from South Carolina to get the tickets.

I lost 3 days of my vacation.  I did everything I was supposed to do. I went and did the time share presentation; I provided payments through PayPal in advance so I can have my tickets in advance. Who waits for something they paid for? My time on my vacation is valuable. I can’t wait on someone else to give me something I purchased in advance and was told that it will be here waiting for me. I advised Ken of this and you know what he said’s well if you can’t wait you can purchase the tickets there and I reimburse you. He kept telling me he lives in a 2 million dollar house and he had over 100 check in’s and that I wasn’t the only family in existence, If he can’t handle his check in’s he shouldn’t do as many.  He completely did not care. I can only imagine how many other people he disappointed. This is a man who states he worked for Westgate for 16 years.  He states he represents you. When I was doing my timeshare representation Leo my salesperson Dante the sales manager and Wayne even tried to get my tickets and ken stated to them it will be at the hotel on Monday when he returns from South Carolina when Monday came I called ken at 8 in morning and asked him when he was going to deliver the tickets he stated at 11 am. I called him back at 11am I asked him where he was he stated it was not going to be him, it was going to be someone who works for him and he didn’t know when that person was going to arrive. He wanted me to waste another day waiting on him. A vacation is supposed to run smoothly especially if was planned in advance.

This was my first vacation in and it was the worst the hotel didn’t help me; the corporate office didn’t help me they kept transferring me over to Ken who was the rudest person I have ever met. He arranged a pirate’s dinner for free I paid 112.00 for Arabian nights dinner when I arrived at the dinner I had to pay 38.00 dollars he states because it was free he would refund me the 38.00. plus what I paid for Arabian nights. Then when I called regarding my refund he states he is only refunded me the 38.00 dollars still have yet to see the refund, don’t say it’s free and then take out of the ticket purchase for the dinner I really wanted to go to.  I will never do business with ya’ll again.  Attached you will see all the emails confirming the tickets should have been at the hotel. Email confirmation and the invite number for my timeshare presentation.  I am actually going to try to take legal action this experience was awful and I couldn’t really enjoy my vacation because I had to use all my money to re purchase tickets that I already purchased you as the hotel should have taken care of me. I should have not had to re purchase and then I had to leave a day early because Ken didn’t send over the voucher again.  The hotel should have gotten the money directly from him and gave me the tickets. So instead of leaving on June 3rd I left on June 2nd 2013….I didn’t want credits all I wanted was what I paid for. I would like to get my full refund. Please contact me immediately to confirm receipt of fax.

 People please note they make you pay through paypal because it is not a physical item, paypal does not not dispute that.
