Strap It Tom Bunch Patio Furniture Repair Lenior City TN
The "Strap It" team of Tom Bunch and his wife in Lenior City, TN simply destroyed 3 of my 4 chair set of vintage "Surf Line" patio furniture that belonged to my grandparents and charged $1000 for his trouble! We trusted them to only re-strap the chairs but Bunch decided to "redesign" my chairs by drilling 14 new holes in each of the chairs and strapping them in some ridiculously odd manner, thus destroying the strength and integrity of the steel that supports the weight of a person.
These chairs are now useless and beyond repair because they are no longer made and no parts are available. He didn't even call me before he decided to butcher these chairs! Bunch returned one of the 4 chairs literally in pieces and said he did not try to re-strap it because it took him "too much time"! Do not let these people near your furniture!
