In January, I began a search for a telemarketing company that could assist my business with trying to get business for my upcoming summer months. I sent out several inquiries and interviewed three different companies.

The Strategic Marketing rep, Jamin Huber, contacted me from a form I had filled out online. I was close to going with another company but Jamin of course promised me the moon. They were going to prove that they were the best in the business. I finally agreed because I bought into the lies. I signed their contract and sent them my $1000.00 to get started.

Long story short, It is now July and a telemarketing program that was supposed to start in April has not happened. I have contacted Danny Paulson for months wanting to get this thing started. I was very patient and understanding even when one of their employees disappeared for months because she was sick (Meredith Liegh). They have promised, and promised and promised to get started but they never have.

Jamin Huber, the guy that originally sold me my telemarketing package, just sent me an email saying that he opened his own company because I wasn't the only one of the customers that he signed up that had similar complaints. He verified that these guys are crooked and just take peoples money and sometimes will do the work but mostly won't.

I would have preferred being mugged on the street for the $1000.00. Then I wouldn't have to worry about having to come to every site like rip off report to tell the world that Danny, Meredith and everyone at this scam company are a bunch of crooks. I have contacted my attorney and the Texas Attorney Generals Office and will be suing them on principal. Companies like this need to be put out of business.

Do not do business with these clowns. They are crooks.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Thu, July 17, 2008

I am an ex-employee of the company Strategic Marketing. I recently saw that there was some negative feedback on this site about me in correlation to the company I used to work for. My job title at the former company was New Business Development. My entire job consisted of bringing on new projects and work for said company. Once I brought a customer on board they were then directed to an account coordinator. An account coordinators sole job duty was servicing the customer for the campaign development to actual campaign execution and dialing. My role and responsibility with the customers campaign were completely fulfilled once the project was sent to the account coordinator. I was told on a daily basis by upper management that correspondence with clients was being conducted in a professional manner and that any problems were minor internal issues and were being resolved immediately. After constant contact by my customers I brought on board I began to recognize that matters were not being handled as promised. Once I realized that all my clients I had brought on board were not receiving the high standard of service that I expect personally, as well as my clientele, I parted ways with Strategic Marketing.
