The company refused to refund purchase despite 30-day money back guarantee. Below is the request sent to them which have received no response.
I am going to assume the reason you have not refunded my purchases is because I have not explained why I was not satisfied. So I am going to tell you why to see if it makes you live up to your promise.
1. The product is much too complicated for me.
2. The person delivering the tutorial has very little command of the English language:
Hard to understand, Much too fast for the level of sophistication, Much too complicated subject matter for him to articulate clearly, Very unprofessional distractions (children crying in the background)
3. Visuals not clear and distinct
I hope this is a satisfactory explanation of my dissatisfaction and I can expect a refund promptly
