strykrusa.com Strykr Covert Carry Non-Delivery of Product Tampa Florida
After seeing many ads on Facebook about their covert carry pants I decided to give this company a try. On 8/16/16 I placed an order for two pairs of covert carry khaki pants. Their webpage advertised that this was a product that was in a pre-production pre-order status but that it would be shipped on 9/2/16. A few days after 9/2 I hadn't received shipping notification nor had I received any pants. I called the company but their phone goes straight to a voicemail box and you can't actually talk to a person. Their recorded message asks you to leave a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
I called and left two messages on two different days with no call back from the company. I also filled out their email form on their web site. I never received an email response about my order. Checking their webpage I did notice that they were now advertising a shipping date of 9/19/16. So I waited until 9/20 and still no shipping notice and no pants. I repeated my previous attempts. I called and left two voicemail messages and then followed up with two email messages. This time I researched their CEO's email and also sent him a personal email. Sure enough, no response to any attempts at communication.
It was then that I called Navy Federal Credit Union and initiated a charge back on my card. You see, they charge your card immediately when you order, but then never send you your order. Now on 9/25/16 I see their webpage now states that orders will ship "sometime after 9/30/16". I highly doubt that will happen. I also left negative feedback on their Facebook page. Nothing crazy, just relaying exactly what I've written here to another customer who was complaining about non-delivery. Well they have since deleted my Facebook post and banned me from commenting on their Facebook page. I would never do business with this company. I hope this warning helps someone.
