Stuart Kitchens Charged too much and then continued to harrass me until I paid more then I agreed to. Extremely unethical. Lorton, Fairfax, DC, McClean, Washington DC
I was totally oversold and would never use Stuart Kitchens if I knew then what I know now. I paid over $60K for a 12' x 12' kitchen (yes, it's small). They charged me about 10% more then I had agreed to pay and then they harassed me until I gave in to just get rid of them.
The cabinets are so-so, run of the mill. (The appliances I bought were in addition to the above figure!) Stuart Kitchens took over a YEAR due to the designer's subcontracting. The layout that Stuart Kitchens put together does not really improve the work flow. I hate the countertops. I thought I would get a great design if I hired a so-called top end design firm. Forget about it. The kitchen is still dark. It still has a unfinished look.
I was really taken advantage of. Learn through my unfortunate mistake. Do not use Stuart Kitchens. They are unethical, they do not stand behind their work. They are not even good at what they do.
