ill keep things short and simple:
- Bought 3 hot glue stick packs
- Later recieved refund for what they later said was for 2 of the packs, they decided to overcharge me.
- They changed my order without my authorisation
- They clamed to have sent an email saying what happend, they lied, I recieved no such email.
- Sent email asking whats going on and for a password reset,
I was told they a tracking number and that's about it. AKA they made it clear they don't care about customer satisfaction after a sale.
So all up they overcharged, lied, showed they don't care about customer satisfaction.

I was told they a tracking number and that's about it. AKA they made it clear they don't care about customer satisfaction after a sale.
- They clamed to have sent an email saying what happend, they lied, I recieved no such email.
- They REFUSED to refund 2/3 of the payment after they shipped only 1/3 of the order. Goes to show how terrorble they are.
So all up they overcharged, lied and showed they don't care about customer satisfaction.

- Later recieved refund for what they later said was for 2 of the packs, no message saying why recieved.
- They changed my order quantaty and posted it without my authorisation.
- They clamed to have sent an email saying what happend in the PayPal case, they lied, I recieved no such email.
- Sent email asking whats going on and for a password reset,
I was told a tracking number and that if I don't get the package it't not their problem. AKA they made it clear they don't care about customer satisfaction after a sale.
So all up they overcharged, lied and showed they don't care about customer satisfaction.
