these are the emails I have received from this company when I downloaded the program and did not like it. I emailed them immeditly I wanted a refund and they INSISTED for me to use it for 28 days but ask for a refund before 30 days.
I told them NO, I do not want the program, it was not what I wanted and I did not like doing business with a company that gives no address or phone # for customer support and they INSISTED on FORCING ME TO KEEP IT AND USE IT when I do not want to do so. A copy of the support emails are below and the last one I sent back to them I just could not take the harrassment of Andrea at myHelpHub.com..any longer and I got very upset.
I ordered the program on 2/16/06 and did not like it and asked for a refund right away that very day. This is the treatment Andrea has given me since day one. Very rude and demanding and forceful, not at all what a customer service person should be. Plus she threatened to BLACKMAIL ME by blacklisting my name all across the internet so I could never order anything else on the internet again if I went to my bank and demanded a chargeback. They go in order from the most recent to the first email's sent. At the bottom of this letter is the first email sent by me to them numbered #1 and #2 is her response and so on and so on.

Andrea I respect your concern but to be honest please do not tell me if I have or have not given it time to work for I feel there are better programs that cover different messages of what I am looking for. No where in my buying your program does it state I HAVE TO keep it for 3 weeks before I ask for a refund so again either REFUND my monies now or I will take action to get them refunded and also no where does it state I have to have a reason for a refund. And again I don't like doing business with a company that has no phone support and has only email support.
If this is too much for you to deal with then give me the phone number of a customer service supervisor or the Corp. headquarters so I may contact them and let them know you REFUSE to give me a refund. I have already removed the program from my system I downloaded and will not open the cd package when it arrives but instead send it back to you when it arrives. So do not tell me I can not get a refund at this point or even that one can not be given.
Now I will say it again and mind you I am not now requesting a refund at this point but I am demanding a refund at this point and if you do not do it then I will take further steps to talk to an attorney about this matter. I do have attorneys on a retainer and so it will not cost me a dime extra for them to take over this matter and if you would please refrain telling me what is best for me I surely would appreciate it.
