Do not work with these monsters!!
First of all they have the most misleading and fraudulent quoting practices.
Second of all the yeti that does customer service is as beastly looking as she is deceitful. She has absolutely no compassion and treats her employees like pieces of trash. Cindy Vito of Suburban HVAC Heating and Cooling is an evil woman who treates employees and clients both like pieces of trash. I do not even understand how the business runs, perhaps because her husband Rich is actually a 'nice guy', a nice guy who gets walked all over and treated like a slave in front of his own employees.
Back to the quoting practices, I have let them quote projects for my company twice and both times they quoted me double what the other company did, I did a double blind quote so they did not know I was doing it and they took full advantage.
Do NOT WORK with Suburn HVAC in Norwood unless you want to be lied to, treated poorly, and get no follow-through.
As a military veteran I thought I would get a fair deal from these people, clearly they have no respect as Americans for what military members do as they took total advantage of me pitching s quote with made up parts and labor!
