Subway Discrimination by owner Sioux city Nebraska
The owner of the subway I work for refuses to fill out forms I'm required to turn into the department of health and human services. It has been over a month now and I still haven't been able to him or his wife to do their job. as a result, all of my assistance has been canceled. My children don't have medical coverage. I have no way of paying for food for them. I can't pay for the day care so I can go to work.
this is discrimination towards those of us that need a little help from the state. I have talked to other employees who have told me they have been waiting over 3 months to get information from the owner to no avail. while these owners are playing golf, shopping, and going on cruises, my children are being punished for something they didn't do. This is unexceptable and I can not find any avenues to go down to make these people accountable for their lack of action.
