I used a debit card to pay $59.95 for 3 months of Gold membership with SuccessfulMatch (deafs.com).

Immediately after I clicked the pay button I got an error message saying my paymet didn't go through.

2 weeks later I got my bank statement which showed that the payment did go through.

I contacted SuccessfulMatch and told them they either had to give me 3 months of Gold membership or return my money. They said the bank voided the payment.

They asked for proof that the payment had gone through. I scanned my bank statement and even went to the bank and got another statement, scanned it and sent both of the scan files to SuccessfulMatch.

SuccessfulMatch has done nothing but send me emails telling me they are working on it and that they are trying to contact the bank. This has been going on for over a month.

The $59.95 the company owed me has now been credited to my account. The problem has been resolved.
