Sudden Link Communications dishonest and fraudulent billing as well as charging for internet service which is out of commission several times each month ripoff Tyler Texas
Sudden Link Communications are consistently guilty of extorting money from customers by demanding an ammount higher than the monthly bill and stating that if it is not paid immediately the customer's internet will be disabled.
They can give numerous conflicting bogus reasons for their actions but never anything valid. This misconduct is frequently practiced on weekends when no one in the corporate office is available to the customers.
This outfit also employs the practice of disabling the customer's internet earlier than the customary due date or before 30 days since the last payment, just so they can charge the customer a reconnect fee.
Additionally, the internet service is out of commission due to Sudden Link's equipment at least twice monthly-usually much more.
Repeated efforts to reason with this company and give them a chance to improve are not even acknowledged with a response, however they don't have any problem calling customers at home and harassing them to pay a bill which in truth the customer already paid.
Customers should also be advised Sudden Link is in the habit of adding services to the bill which the customer never ordered.
Attempts to call to report such things as the internet not working take a minimum of 15 minutes to get someone to answer the phone.
