Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Suddenlink turned off our internet service with no prior notice. It was working fine one minute, then off! When we tried calling Suddenlink, and after being on hold for approximately 20 minutes, they said it had been turned off for non payment. We're on "Auto Pay," meaning the cost is taken directly out of our Visa account.

After finding out it was a Suddenlink error, we were told that our service would be restored within 10 minutes. You guessed it, 1/2 hour later it still wasn't working.

We called again (and were on hold for approximately 20 minutes) and did troubleshooting with a Suddenlink tech. The tech couldn't get the service restored so he was going to send someone to the house. Since this was Friday evening, we would have to wait over the weekend.

This whole ordeal drug on for 5 DAYS!!!! With us making numerous calls to Suddenlink (and being on hold approximately 20 minutes each time) and NONE of our calls being returned! We finally drove to our local provider (who we used to be able to call, but can't because all the calls are forwarded to Texas) to see what can be done. They scheduled a service call from the local office and had us up and running that day. The problem was the stinking IP address had to be reset...which any tech should have been able to figure out!

I have sent numerous emails and countless calls to Suddenlink and still have not had one response from them. I am now sending a letter to their corporate offices in Missouri and am expecting the same results!!! NOTHING!!!!
