Sue Burns Danza Havanese Did not refund me the purchase price of the dog I bought by refusing to take the paper sent to them by certified mail. This was in the timely period according to Oregon bill # 2470. And this breeder is a lawyer. Nationwide

I sent Sue Burns of Danza Havanese a certified Mail packet on Friday June 15th 2012. He had surgery to save his life when he was 11 maths old at Columbia River Vet Specialist. The bill was more than $4,000. She refused the certified mail several times. According to Oregon Bill #2470passed in 2010 the breeder owes me the price I paid for my dog. I paid $1,500 and he has had another surgery since then. Something needs to be done about this breeder. She also gave me a comtract stating no refunds which was written in 2011. This was an illegal contract and as she is a lawyer she knew this at the time. I did not. I am more educated now and I found out at the time also. She has been sanctioned twice.
She is now breeding and selling puppies again. At the time this was the first breeding of the sire.
She was in the wrong but refused to acknowledge that she was in the wrong and owed me a refund.
