Sue Chouinard Splash of Color ,A painter who makes contracts can't keep to get one third up front and disappears as soon as gets money Salem, Massachusetts
She knowingly writes proposals that she can't keep, demands payment of one third up front and a soon as collects the money, disappears. If you question, she get verbally abusive, threatens to quite, constantly complains, and uses deception to get your money, claiming she will bring a helper if you just give her more money and will get it all done, but she never does, never even shows. She is threatening, verbally abusive, and can't even handle a large ladder, as a painter!
