I attended a seminar on July 25 and it was a great, very well presented seminar, so I bought a membership. After taking a look at the website I decided it wasn't a good deal. I started calling them to cancel my membership. They didn't not call me back. I had to call numerous time before I spoke to someone and was told they couldn't cancel from there because it was past the 3 days, that they had to send an email to corporate. This happened 2 times. Today is Aug 27 and I finally got an email from corporate. Not even a phone call. I was charged half of the membership cost of $2,200 on my credit card and was due to pay the other half for the following 12 months interest free. I put a stop payment for them only to get a call from a different company who they hire for these payments so my stop payment would not have worked. They also charge you a yearly fee which comes out if your checking account. I also put a stop payment which went through anyways because again, they use a different name to take out the monies. They definitely know what they're doing to scam you out of your money. Today's email was to tell me that I was not able to get a refund for the $2,200. I have filed a disputed w/ my credit card so I was given a temporary credit on my account until it has been resolved. They offer spa getaways and luxurious vacations and cruises, but this has been a nightmare!!! AGAIN, DO NOT BUY!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!
