Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Have you ever been so pissed off it makes you want to cry? That's this girl right here. So, you guys may have seen the truck Jeremy bought. It was the first vehicle he's ever purchased outside of an individual. He had virtually no credit, so even though he could've probably bought a new one if he'd waited a month or two, he went ahead and got the one he did. I found it by searching over numerous website dealerships in the Phoenix area.

He got the truck almost a month ago and because his dumbass employer hired a bunch of even more dumbassard people, it took the bank over a month to get job verification. Now, I've never had that sort of problem. I've only purchased one car on credit and that was in 2004. It was a 2004 model. It was from a used dealership. My checkstubs and bank account must've been sufficient job verification. But hey, the bank needed Jeremys so that was no big deal. It wasn't the banks fault that the dealership, Sullivans Mesa, Arizona had their fingers in their butts.

Anyway, so a month later---still no title, registration, OR tag. Right now we're on a 30 day tag which expires Nov. 27th. No big deal, they're FINALLY about to send us a 90 day temp until we go back home.

Those were only small problems. First---4x4 had to be replaced on passenger side. Then, because it's a diesel with a booster and the booster had a high pitch whistle, I had it checked. Cracked. NOW the bearings on BOTH the front tires are screwed. AND one of the spindles is completely broken. (this keeps the tires from locking up and you flipping the truck because they lock up).

Soooo, here's a rundown of the total.

Jeremy put a total of $9000 down. There have been nearly $4500 in repairs and that's not counting the damper that needs to be replaced and other small issues that added up to $1500 that we're NOT having done right now. We had to take the truck to Tom Jones Ford in Buckeye. Because they're a certified dealership and we know they'll do the job right. And they're not a bunch of procrastinating jackasses. Plus the parts will be under warranty and if something happens to them within the next couple of years, they will be replaced free. Now, I feel that any dealership that sells you a car should first, be inspected thoroughly. No matter what, tires, engine, frame, etc., EVERYTHING. I went up to Sullivans the other day and since we didn't have an account number yet I had to make the first payment through them instead of the bank. The guy asked, "How's everything going". I told him something was wrong with one of the tires or something because I hit a bump and it made a weird noise and didn't stop til I pulled over (it was the bearings but I didn't know that yet.) His reply, "Well stop hitting bumps." He didn't ask anything else. NOTHING. Before the booster was fixed and whistling I called them and they said they'd repair it, BUT they couldn't warranty the part except to their own dealership (they only have the one). So, wtf? If we got all the way back home and something else happened with it what were we supposed to do, bring it back to Mesa? 1500 miles? No. We may have bought a used car, but a DECENT HUMAN BEING would've compensated us for this crap. When the plague happens, when the world ends according to the Mayan calendar, you'll be the one of the first ones going down.

I would like to say, Sullivan Motor Co you suck. Period. I wouldn't recommend you to the last person on earth. I hope your business gets shut down. And NO WONDER you have a big fat F on the Better Business Bureaus website. (Wish I'd seen it earlier) You should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope someone sues the s**t out of you. I was told 30 minutes ago I'd have a copy of the 90 day tag sent to my email in 5 minutes. What a crock of horseshit. Go **** yourselves. We're going home in 2 days and now my poor sweet hard working boyfriend has to spend money he doesn't have to fix this d**n truck. Otherwise if we wrecked it could kill us. Bet you'd pay attention then wouldn't you? Seriously, once again, go **** yourselves.

I'll have to make this public and post on my blog so when someone searches for a car dealership or anything pertaining to a vehicle or your name, they'll see what sad sacks of s**t you are. And btw, you can delete this from your page all you like, because once it's on the internet it's searchable. Next stop, your local news.

I DO NOT get mad very often. Not very often at all. Once in a blue moon and I never get this angry. But when someone does something stupid over and over and over, I've just had enough of dealing with these freaking people. I've seen the expression, "they've dropped the ball" in reference to Sullivans on yelp, and you know...you guys didn't just drop the ball, you dropped the ball, kicked it out into the street and lost it all together. Oh and by the way, just a note to Westlake Financial Services they told us to not tell you guys our downpayment was split into two payments. You're welcome ;) I in no way hold Sullivan's responsible for the wait on the tag, it probably wasn't their fault, as for the repairs and stuff, oh yeah----if you didn't have a bunch of twits working for you, MAYYYYBE you'd seen and heard the problems. We will be waiting on our check for the money you owe us seeing how we're going to have to get the tag at home though. Let's see, paper says you owe us $225. And if we don't get the check veerrrry soon, you're gonna be in a LOT of deep s**t.

Have a gloriously nice day.
