Sullivan Transporttation Co. Michael Sullian Theft of Contract Labor -Services- Near Huston, Texas
In 2014 I provided Contract Labor (escorting Oversized Loads) on four occasions for Mr. Michael Sullivan, of Sullivan TrRANSPORTATION COMPANY from Memphis, Tennessee to Locations in Pennsylvania. The payment for these service amounted to almost $8,000.00 but were never paid. Sullivan Transportation trucks were allegedly leased to Diamond Transportation of Racine, Wisconsin. An official of Diamond Trnasportation informed me that SULLIVAN TRNASPORTATION Had been paid for each and every one of the trips, with an amont of funds included in the payment to pay for the Escorts providing the escort labor. (Signs showing Dismond Trnasportation were on all doors of the 5 trucks involved in the movements.) However, Mr. Michael Sullivan claims tht he was never paid for the transportation of the items on the trucks and therefore would not pay for the escorts that were provided. In my opinion, this constitutes THEFT OF SERVICES. Mr. Michael Sullivan and the other drivers, including Mr. Sullivan's father and Brother (Mr. Jethro Sullivan, SR and JR), were very courteous and polite and overall very gentlemanly. The bills HAVE been turned over to a collection agency.
