Sun Auto Sales Cursed out, threatened. refused to give me my car Abbottstown Pennsylvania
I took my car to Sun Auto to be fixed for things covered by warranty. They gave me a courtesy car. Tuesday morning they call me and tell to bring the car back immediately ot they were gonna call the police & say I stole it. I took it back.
Told them to forget fixing my car, that I needed to get to work and I would take the car somewhere else and just pay for the maintenance. Don, the owner, refused to release the car to me. he said I could have it wednesday morning. I said no I need it now, I have to go to work and wednesday I would be at the hospital having tests done.
He still refused to give me the car; started cursing at me, telling me to get to get the F*** out of his shop; I asked for the car again, and he got even madder, started advancing towards me and screaming at me to get the F*** out of his shop. and that I would get my car when he's ready.
I was left 30 miles from home and had to call around for a ride home, missed a day of work, almost got fired for it, and had to re-schedule my medical testing.
They still have not contacted me on whethr the car is fixed or not.
I felt very threatened by Don with his rage and obscene language and refusing to give me my car.
