Sun Ray Trading, A1A Marketing Inc, United Solutions USA Zorba's Marketing, Rainbow Expressio These companies are owned by the same person and are ripping more and more people off daily Sunrise Florida
On August 22nd, 2003, I received an E-mail about an envelope stuffing /booklet stapling program. It looked legitimate enough for me to think it over for 1 day before signing up. I signed up on August 24th, 2003, paying by Electronic Check. My bank processed the transaction on August 28th, 2003 and I waited the 7 to 10 days for my package to arrive. On the 11th day (September 8th,2003) I e-mailed the company to ask about the delay in shipment. 8 days later(on September 16th,2003), I received a reply from Sun Ray. The very next day (September 17th,2003) my computer crashed and I had to purchase a new computer.
My new computer arrived on September 25th,2003.The following weekend was a religious holiday and I could not set up the new computer. My package from Sun Ray arrived on Monday, September 29th,2003. I read the whole training manual and discovered that I could not do the work because it told me that I would be paid by the people that ordered the booklets that I put together. I then decided to fully investigate this "company" on Google.com and discovered that I was not the only person frauded. I found the BBB report on this "company" and a message board at Brumley.com with several other posts from people that have also been frauded. I then searched at the BBB website for the other "companies" listed in the booklet. I found the first 4 "companies" were owned by the same person. I then found other "companies" that had poor reports filed at the BBB and found that 1 "company" was shut down by the FTC in 1994.
On October 16th,2003, I received an E-mail from Celia Wetherell that she sent to Sun Ray complaining about their poor response. Her letter inspired me to take action and follow thru with my complaints to the BBB and to fraud.org. I then posted a message on the Brumley message board to get the other people to do the same as I did. After that I started E-mailing to warn others about this "company". I also asked the USPS Department of Postal Inspectors to investigate this "company" for mail fraud. I have not yey received a response from them. I then filed a report with the Broward County Florida Board Of County Commissioners Consumer Affairs Division on November 23rd, 2003. I have not yet received a reply from them either. I am now ready to take everything I have researched to my State Attorney General for further assistance.
