Now in Chicago they are sending lottory letters out stating that you have won the lottery and this is your final notice.
You recieve a check from the auto company for 4,700.00 and you are informed that you are entittled for the to the lump sum of 450,000.00(certified check) for serial #52567894AS. Of course you are told that the cheeck is for pymt of Canadian NON RESIDENT GOVERNMENT TAXES.
THE contact agents name is Fred Harris, The Promotions Manager is Oliver Walker and you are advised not act on the letter until you speak to your claim agent. the Lottery was held on MARCH 12 2007 and it states FINAL NOTICE!
