I ordered an eye cream off the interneet that was guaranteed to reduce bags under the eyes. It was advertised as a trial size for the cost of shipping only. Two weeks later I was charged $98.71. I called the company and was transferred 3 times to different customer service agents. Finally a man named Mike said that because I had not called to "cancel" the subscription within 2 weeks, I was charged the full price for the "sample" and agreed to become a member and receive monthly shipments.
I said Cancel Cancel Cancel and Mike offered me a 35% discount to stay. I again said Cancel and he offered me an additional 15% discount to stay. I told him the product wasn't worth a dime and I wasn't going to pay for it.
He gave me a cancellation # of 1060188 and said it was cancelled, however I am still stuck paying the $98.71 since I didn't cancel within 2 weeks.
