I contracted with SunCom for cell phone service 2/7/03 and agreed to a $500 deposit for one year. The deposit was to be returned after one year. (note, I was not offered the interest this money was collecting!)

On 2.5.04, 13:16 EST Angela and supervisor Annette, I was told I had to wait until the billing cycle on the 7th of the 13th month (3.9.04) before my refund check would be mailed.

3.24.04, 12:52 EST Debbie, I was told I had to call again to request a refund check, my account had been credited. To pay the amount on the bill and my refund check would be mailed in 7-10 buisness days.

4.7.04, 16:10 Eartha, I was told that the approval had to go through a supervisor and an accountant in the southeastern district and it could take another 3 weeks before my refund check is mailed.

It might also be noted that, except for the first two, the ladies were extremely surley. Is the money coming out of their check?
