Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In August of 2006 my wife and I were only 24 years of age and we fell trap to the so called "deal of a lifetime."

Sundance was holding a sweepstakes at a local mall the summer of 2006, to win a "free" cruise in which I signed up for.  I received a phone call a few days later stating that I had won and would need to come in for one hour to sit through a "presentation" for one hour in order to receive our free cruise vouchers. During the one hour seminar we were told that after you purchase a vacation package for a certain price the cost per vacation would only be an extra $99.00 for one weeks stay in a condominium(now looking back this nice condominium you get to stay in, is more like a small shack- the pictures in the pamphlets they show are very misleading). The speaker made all of this sound very appealing and clear cut which in the end wasn't the case.

- needless to say, we fell for it and now the company in Brookfield is not even in business anymore.

I have spoken with several representatives through this whole experience regarding our package verbalizing feeling tricked and misled with so many hidden fees and misrepresentations who are very quick to disregard and overlook what I say

Well, a couple of years later I called and spoke to customer service to tell them we wanted out of our contract because we had not used one vacation and we had a baby and it just was not for us.  Boy, I said the wrong thing: The individual started raising there voice telling me I was in this "contract" forever and there was no way to get out of it.  I asked her why after we put $3600 for the package - why are we still paying $26/month? She said that it was a monthly service fee that I would have to pay forever as well.  At this point, this person was very convincing and had me thinking that I am in something that I will never be able to get out of, no matter if i use it or not.

Fast forward a year and I call them back because I noticed the "monthly service fee" had stopped for a few months at least as far backed as I could look, so I got them on the phone and asked what happend with the service fee (although, I did not want to call, I am sure glad I did, read on) so they looked at the reason why and they said my account was turned over to someone else and in that transition, the monthly service fee was stopped - that is it, that is all I was told.  Instead of apologizing about the mishap, they told me I was behind in my "service fees" and started to charge me more per month - so I started out paying $24/month and now they wanted to charge me $30/month.  I was irate and they said they could not do anything about it and that my credit would be hurt if I stopped the payment altogether.  They continued to scam me with there dishonesty and extreme falsifications.

After seeing all the boycotts and the reputation that this company has - I will not stop until I get a FULL refund and my contract cancelled.

I have since wrote a certified letter to Sundance/Travel Advantage Network demanding my contract be rescinded due to misrepresntation, etc etc.  I also filed a complaint with Attorney Generals office of Wisconsin and have a lawyer ready to move as soon I need them.

Please be aware of this company and the troubles and headaches they are giving families.
