These people are scamming!!! Warning! They will make you believe they are paying off tour school with all this money and really they are ripping people off! Been paying them every 2 weeks since October $124.00! And come to find out I didnt owe any loans. To the department of education! Rip off

I was a agent with this company last year, i was fired via text message. They seemed like a promising and upstanding company until they started suffering due to not making enough money. They were spending so much money on advertisments and werent making enough money back client wise. I started noticing their shady business practices when they starting debiting peoples account for any amount just to get some type of payment from the person. For example, if someone had a $99 payment and it came back declined then they would try to charge $90, then $85, then $80 and they would keep doing that until they could get some money out of your account. Sometimes the payments were as little as $5 whiping out whatever someone had in the account just so they can make some money.
The revolving door in this company is insane. They hire and fire everyday. I saw them on here boasting about firing rude agents but they really dont care how rude the agents are they fired everyone because their business tanked. Then they made a "special" team that would go around to the colleges and try to scam the colleges into referring students who want an education but couldnt qualify for a loan due to default student loans. I guess that didnt work so now they are back to their old ways. They took the facebook down because off all the negative complaints they were getting on there.
This company is ran Bruce (owner) who is just concerned about being a millionaire once again and his paranoid friend Rhonda.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM YOU CAN CONSOLIDATE ON YOUR OWN BY THE DEPT OF EDU, they need to be stopped, please try to get what ever refund you can from them. You can get your money back but you need to stay on top of it.You need to constantly harass, and threaten with legal action (especially if they are not fulfilling their end of a signed contract) YOU SIGNED A LEGAL DOCUMENT, THEY ARE BREAKING THEIR OWN CONTRACTS DAILY.. There is NO SUCH THING as a "HARDSHIP" dept with this company. Its simply away for them to try to get any type of payment from you. If they arent picking up the phone they may have shut down for like the 3rd time and revamped the company again.
Their real business name is Fenwake Corp dba Sunrise Student Loan Services the owners are Don Fenstermaker from Phoenix AZ, Russ Wakefield from Phoenix AZ, and Wade Wakefield from Phoenix AZ.
