Sunshine Electronics Intent of Ripoff... Beware! Brooklin New York
Hello,
I need your help with the purchase of item #110378440777.
These Company first did not ship on time my items and neither answered my emails, so I had to start a dispute #PP-698-681-067, then I check up the items and 1 lens was defective, so, we both agree that I will close
the dispute and they will replace my defective lens and also email me right away the shipping label 1Z W05 97W 03 6906 506 5 to send back the defective item and they promise me via paypal that as soonest the lens
was picked up by UPS they will be sending me the replacement to me,
Now they have the defective lens already and I have been sending emails to them with nothing but the promess that "Tomorrow" they will be sending me the tracking number to me & Still Waiting...
I did act Bona Fide and closed the Paypal Dispute and now I'm thinking they just do not care about me, cause they already got the money from paypal..
Anyways, I ask for your help on this matter, I feel that If I followed all their policy they just need to provide me with what I paid for...
