Villa Laverne Apartments are the worst apartments I have EVER LIVED! This apartment (SLUM) is filled with strippers, drug dealers, sex addicts, and the mentally ill. How do I know all of these things about the residents? Well... the walls are SO THIN... you can hear EVERYTHING THROUGH THE WALLS. If you have the opportunity to experience this (Censored) complex, you will realize that you have opened Pandora's box. Not only are the apartments poorly constructed with cheap labor, the management is INEXPERIENCED. If you have children or a dog, there is no area for you to go outside and enjoy yourself. Children are forced to play in the street, blocking traffic. In fact, one child became a ornament on the hood of an oncoming vehicle once he was hit! A man was shot behind the complex, and the apartment manager's car was keyed and all four of her tires slashed by a disgruntled resident. A year later, a resident's windshield was completely shattered by a brick (At least he wasn't hit over the head with it). Well, if this apartment sounds like home... feel free to rent; and don't forget to purchase several guns.
